Warning: An alarm cue and a glowing orange path announce the run.

Behavior: Orange crosses the map at high speed along a marked route and punishes players who remain in the lane.

Counter: Step completely off the orange trail, wait for the run to finish and cross only after the route is clear.

Warning: Loud squeaking footsteps and long arms entering a corridor.

Behavior: Green cannot see players, but direct contact is lethal and a box does not protect a player who walks into his reach.

Counter: Keep a wide gap, stop at corners to listen and use another route instead of squeezing past his arms.

Warning: Heavy footsteps, vocal sounds and Blue entering the same route.

Behavior: Blue patrols open routes and chases exposed players. A properly timed box hide breaks most standard pursuits.

Counter: Break line of sight, box before Blue reaches close range and leave the box only after his footsteps move away.

Warning: Visible eyes, hands or an active hazard area around Purple's position.

Behavior: Purple controls specific parts of the map instead of running a normal patrol route.

Counter: Follow the safe edge of the marked route, avoid the active ambush space and never cut directly through Purple's zone.

Warning: Cutscenes, changed objectives, blocked exits and newly activated machinery.

Behavior: Red drives the story and creates dangerous situations rather than using the regular patrol behavior of the other Friends.

Counter: Read the objective prompt, inspect changed routes and expect the next hazard to begin after Red appears.
